The discussion in DG SANTE Advisory Group focuses on the implementation of the Transparency Regulation that enters into force on 27 March 2021. Given that the safety of most specialty food ingredients is assessed by EFSA, EU Specialty Food ingredients closely monitors the upcoming Practical Arrangements and Implementing Acts in relation to this new legislation.
