EU Specialty Food Ingredients News

2025-11 WELCOME TO SOLINA!

We are pleased to announce that Solina has become a member of EU Specialty Food Ingredients, joining other leading companies within the specialty food ingredients sector. This addition further enhances the association’s expertise and influence, which now comprises 29 member companies and 15 member associations.

 EU Specialty Food Ingredients notably:

  • provides members a forum where to discuss and to jointly address the challenges facing our industry;
  • organises trainings to help members keeping abreast of evolving regulatory processes and develop countless guidance documents;
  • communicates on the benefits of specialty food ingredients as a unique category of technological and nutritional ingredients towards a broad audience of users of the food industry and of legislators;
  • ensures joint advocacy on horizontal issues affecting our businesses, which would not be addressed elsewhere, and build alliances with like-minded associations;
  • mutualises in a very cost-effective way the provision of regulatory and policy information to all members. It helps businesses to position themselves and to maintain their licence to operate on the EU and global markets.

A warm welcome to our new member!
