2026-09 EU Specialty Food Ingredients at Fi Europe 2026

EU Specialty Food Ingredients is pleased to participate in Fi Europe 2026, taking place from 17-19 November in Frankfurt, Germany. Fi Europe is the leading gathering for the global food and beverage ingredients industry and is expected to bring together more than 1,650 suppliers and 27,000 attendees to explore the latest ingredient innovations and trends.

On Thursday 19 November at 10:30, EU Specialty Food Ingredients will host a session at the Fi Europe Community Hub entitled “EU’s simplification agenda: is life simple for specialty food ingredients manufacturers?”. The presentation will be delivered by Saskia Kliphuis, President of EU Specialty Food Ingredients, and Caroline Rey, Secretary General.

The session will provide an overview of the Federation, its vision and mission, and examine what the European Commission’s simplification agenda means in practice for specialty food ingredients manufacturers. Participants will gain insights into areas where the current framework works well, opportunities for improvement, and key policy and regulatory developments expected to shape the sector in the coming years.
