EU Specialty Food Ingredients was pleased to join the FoodDrinkEurope (FDE) Food Future Ideas Fest on 28th June and to contribute to the inspiring discussion on how to shape the food systems of tomorrow.

Petr Mensik, Senior EU Affairs Manager at EU Specialty Food Ingredients, joined the conversation on the Nutrition Stage with a presentation on ‘Ingredients for nutritious food’. During his talk, he explained how specialty food ingredients can be used in food and drink reformulation for healthier options, to fortify foods with vitamins and minerals and to guarantee food safety.
