2020-02DEVELOPMENT OF A SUSTAINABLE FOOD SYSTEM IN THE EU
Identified by the European Commission as one of the Stakeholders with an interest in the future Farm to Fork strategy, EU Specialty Food Ingredients participates to a meeting where the group of Chief Scientific Advisors set up in the context of the Scientific Advice Mechanism (SAM) present their draft findings on the topic “Toward and EU Sustainable Food System – Insights from social sciences”. The aim of the meeting is also to have an exchange of views on the objectives of the upcoming Farm to Fork strategy, the challenges, the intervention areas and the possible regulatory and non-regulatory initiatives that need to be considered in the context of the strategy.
