2023-02REVISION OF THE CLP REGULATION

For the implementation of the Green Deal, the Chemicals Strategy for Sustainability sets out a number of actions that require a targeted revision of the Regulation on the classification, labelling and packaging of chemical substances and mixtures. Members of EU Specialty Food Ingredients have been offered the opportunity to hear from CEFIC about the main measures of the recent Commission proposal for a Regulation amending the CLP Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, at a webinar organised on 28 February. An insightful event, which has provided Members with better understanding of the potential future changes to the current legislative framework.
