2026-02 SAFE USE OF FOOD ADDITIVES – EUROPEAN COMMISSION FACTSHEET

The European Commission has recently published a very clear factsheet on food additives, how they are regulated and should be labelled in the European Union.  EU Specialty Food Ingredients welcomes this initiative that sets the record straight about these key components of the food value chain!
