EFSA opens to Observers the 24th plenary meeting of the Food Additives & Flavourings Panel, which gives the opportunity to EU Specialty  Food Ingredients’ members to hear about the on-going re-evaluation of the safety of sweeteners for use as food additives.

16-06-2021 EU CODE OF CONDUCT ON RESPONSIBLE FOOD BUSINESS AND MARKETING PRACTICES

The European Commission organises the last General stakeholder meeting before the launch of the Code in July. EU Specialty Food Ingredients was appointed in the Task Force Thematic Session 1 “Food consumption patterns (for healthy and sustainable diets)”.

For the 8th consecutive year, EU Specialty Food Ingredients participates to the EFSA Round Table. This year again, the focus is on the implementation of the Transparency Regulation to the risk assessment process.
